Welcome to Georgia Tech!

Stamps Health Services is here to help you successfully transition into the Georgia Tech community.  During the Week of Welcome we have two events planned for you:

  1. A Week-of-Welcome immunization event at Stamps Health Services to help you complete your immunization requirements.
  2. A Covid-19 vaccine clinic at McCamish Pavilion for those who want a Covid-19 vaccine.

Please note: Individuals arriving from an international destination who are not vaccinated who will need to self-isolate on arrival based on CDC guidelines should complete the isolation period before attending these events.

Week of Welcome Immunization Event

During the Week of Welcome, Stamps Health Services will be providing all Georgia Tech required vaccines to help you complete your immunization requirements.  Walk-ins are welcome at Stamps Health Services during the dates and times below to complete your requirements. Please bring any immunization records that you have not submitted to Stamps previously with you to the clinic.

Location: Stamps Health Services (740 Ferst Drive)

Dates: August 16-20

Times: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

If I want to receive a Covid-19 vaccine in addition to my required vaccines, do I need to schedule an appointment in the Covid-19 vaccine clinic?

No, Stamps Health Services can administer a Covid-19 vaccine at the same time we help you complete your required immunizations. However, if you only want a Covid-19 vaccine, you should schedule an appointment to visit the Covid-19 vaccine clinic that will be held at McCamish Pavilion.

Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic

Stamps Health Services will host a Covid-19 vaccine clinic. Appointments are required. To schedule a vaccine appointment, visit: How to Schedule a Covid-19 Vaccine Appointment. Appointments will be available for scheduling in early August.

Vaccine: Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine

Location: McCamish Pavilion

Dates: August 16-20, August 23-25, August 27. There is no clinic on August 26.

Times: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Items to bring: Please bring a completed Vaccine Information and Consent Form and your Buzzcard or other form of identification.

Additional details:

  • You can receive either your first or second dose at these clinics.
  • If you receive your first dose on one of these dates, we will be offering clinics to administer the second dose between September 7-10 and September 13-17.
  • Parking will be available at the Family Housing parking deck (ER66).
