Please Choose a Care Team Below for Appointment Instructions 

Primary Care
  • There will be two types of appointments in Primary Care - Respiratory visits and Non-Respiratory visits.
  • Respiratory appointments will be conducted via telemedicine and in the Gold Care Team (if an in person visit is needed).  If you book a Respiratory appointment, do not come to Stamps at your appointment time.  A Stamps nursing staff member will contact you by phone at your appointment time to review your COVID-19 screening form (please complete on the Portal) and to schedule you a COVID-19 lab test and telemedicine visit.
  • Non-Respiratory visits will be conducted in the Blue and Silver Care Teams.  Please come to Stamps a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • All Primary Care appointments are made online through Stamps Patient Portal.  Please read the instructions on the appointment page of the portal thoroughly to ensure you book the correct appointment type.
  • All Primary Care patients must complete a COVID-19 screening form within 24 hours of their appointment.  After scheduling your appointment online, return to the Patient Portal homepage and complete the forms associated with your scheduled appointment.
  • Mobile Check-In - Stamps has changed from using self check-in kiosks to using mobile check-in through our Patient Portal.  When you are within one tenth of a mile of Stamps, you can check in using your mobile device.  Log in to the Patient Portal and click the Check-In button associated with your appointment on the home page.
Women's Health
  • All Women's Health appointments are scheduled over the phone.  Please call 404-894-1434 to schedule an appointment.
  • All Women's Health patients must complete a COVID-19 screening form within 24 hours of their appointment.  Please log in to the Stamps Patient Portal within 24 hours of your appointment to complete the screening form and other pre-visit forms.
  • Please note: If your COVID-19 screening indicates you are at risk for COVID-19, you will need to be scheduled for a COVID-19 lab test and a telemedicine visit with a Primary Care provider.  If this is the case, your Women's Health appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • Mobile Check-In - Stamps has changed from using self check-in kiosks to using mobile check-in through our Patient Portal.  When you are within one tenth of a mile of Stamps, you can check in using your mobile device.  Log in to the Patient Portal and click the Check-In button associated with your appointment on the home page.
Psychiatry
  • Students seeking psychiatry services must first visit the Center for Assessment and Referral (CARE) for an initial assessment and referral.
  • After receiving a referral from CARE, CARE will coordinate your first visit in Psychiatry. Please call 404-894-2585 with any questions.
  • All Psychiatry visits will be conducted through telemedicine. Please complete any pre-visit forms on the Patient Portal prior to your visit.
Travel, Immunization, & Allergy
  • Immunization visits and returning allergy visits can make an appointment on the Patient Portal one day prior to their visit.  New allergy patients should call 404-385-4995 to make an appointment.
  • All Travel, Immunization, and Allergy patients must complete a COVID-19 screening form within 24 hours of their appointment.  After scheduling your appointment online, return to the Patient Portal homepage and complete the forms associated with your scheduled appointment.
  • When you arrive at Stamps for an appointment in the Travel, Immunization, and Allergy clinic, go down the main hallway past the Blue and Gold Care Teams (go left when you enter the front lobby).  There will be signs directing you to this clinic before you get to the Lab.
